Walanga Muru is a Darug language name meaning ‘follow your path’.

At Walanga Muru, we seek to support and assist Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students to choose the right path, navigate the obstacles of life, and to emerge as strong, resilient leaders.

The aim of Walanga Muru is to:

promote and foster educational and employment outcomes for Indigenous people
provide a culturally inclusive environment for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students and staff
provide the University with leadership and guidance on cultural matters
